All of the laboratories in Odesa city can be divided into the following groups: the laboratory at maternity homes (¹ 1, ¹ 5), public hospitals (for example, Odesa Regional Sanitary-Epidemiological Station, Municipal Institution "City Clinical Hospital ¹ 11"), private clinics ( for example, "Into-Sana," "Medea"), private "clean laboratory" ("Dila", "Synevo", "Tochna diagnostika", "Diamed"); clinic without a license for clinical laboratory diagnostics, offering laboratory services (from the analytical research of laboratory diagnostics in Odesa city and Odessa region).

“Private entrepreneur” is  a doctor’s desire to earn officially. About 4000 entrepreneurs (organizational-legal form) work in Ukraine. They form 4 % from the whole quantity of medical organizations.
